I'm just learning to play guitar (finally) at 50 ... and having a blast!
I was at Luckenbach, Texas on August 23, 2009 with 1,867 of my closest newest friends to help set a new Guiness World Record for the Biggest Guitar Pickin' Session in Recorded History. (Proceeds supported the Welcome Home Project's Veteran's Endowment for Traumatic Brain Injuries and the Sound Healing Program that teaches vets how to play the guitar as a component of their TBI recovery.)
I've been an extra on the Friday Night Lights TV series for all four seasons.
I've been learning to fly for over 25 years and am a volunteer pilot for Grace Flight.
